Collaborators in NOMI and life, Jessie (Australian) and Sofia (Mexican) – a cook and a ceramist – design each occasion as its own exploration, shaped by their years living and travelling in Japan.
NOMI
NOMI is a roaming pop-up that first appeared in a Harajuku loft in 2017, moving through unexpected spaces – warehouses, forests, hidden alleyways – now continuing in Guadalajara.
FOOD
Menus draw on Japanese flavours and experiences, filtered through Jessie's Australian accent and local ingredients.
SAKE Y OTRO
A select set of sake is curated for each occasion – all from independent breweries, some bold and lively, some more classical, all hand-crafted. Non-alcoholic drink options are always available.
